The disaster that I am covering is the recent Hurricane disaster in Texas. The region witnessed one of the largest hurricane hits in the recent past and the Government’s help campaign also took a major shape. Bringing quick recovery in such a scenario was more than a challenge. The rescue team required moving as fast as possible to the affected zones and the victims required immediate attention and were to be rescued. Although the role played by the Government was impressive but still, I would say it could have taken more effective steps and recovery process could have been better and faster.
